Problem
When clicking on the Export button and your site is configured for SSL, the Export page does not open. This can occur in IE6 and IE7.
Solution
The following steps will resolve the problem:
- In Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options
- Click on Advanced and scroll down to the Security section
- Ensure that Do not save encrypted pages to disk is not enabled
- Click on Apply if making changes
- Click on Security and then Custom Level for Internet
- Scroll down to Downloads
- Ensure that Automatic prompting for file downloads is enabled
- Click on OK if making changes
- Click on OK to exit Internet Options
