This problem occurs when:
· The Console is installed on a machine different from that of Modus
or
· You access the Console while logged onto the server with an account other than the local administrative account
On the machine running the Console:
· Ensure that the Console is closed
· In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_USER\Software\Vircom\Modus<Mail or Gate>\Console
· Search for the Site key
o If it exists, open it and ensure that the value for Value data corresponds to the machine name of that on which the Console is running
o If it does not exist, create it
§ Under Console, click Edit > New and select String Value
§ Name the key Site and for Value data, enter the name of the machine on which the Console is running
· Open the Console
